1. Can I get an autographed picture?
Yes, you can get a personally inscribed photo by writing to

and sending an SASE. An SASE is a self-addressed, stamped envelope - this is an envelope addressed to you with a first class stamp on it. Non-US requests must be accompanied by an SAE (a self-addressed envelope) and an international reply coupon (IRC) which is available from your local post office. Requests without SASE's will not be honored. We're sorry, but we cannot honor email requests.
You will receive a 4 X 6 signed photograph of Chris. Please allow 6 weeks for a response. You can only receive an 8 x 10 signed photo by joining the Fan Club.

2. Does Chris read the email/fan mail I send?
Yes, he does. He reads each one, actually. However, he usually has his personal assistant physically write you back- although he does tell her what to say. :)

3. Who is Arinne?
Arinne Clark is Chris' personal assistant who helps him answer mail, and also runs the Official Fan Club along with the help of Chris' wife, Jana.

4. Why should I join the fan club?
The Chris Demetral Fan Club allows Chris to interact with his fans. Your membership entitles you to a different 8X10 signed photo each time you renew, four newsletters a year, contests, plus access to a secure Fan-Club ONLY section of the website containing new photos, monthly messages from Chris, contests, special club-members only internet chats with Chris, special photos available only from the club for purchase, and more.

5. Why is it so expensive? Where does the money go?
All membership fees go directly back to the club for postage, copying costs, and producing photographs. The more members we have, the more interesting things the club will be able to offer.

6. Does Chris make personal appearances?
Yes, he does. Chris attends various sci-fi conventions and charity events. If you would like Chris to attend your charity event or sci-fi convention, please email Arinne - arinne@chrisdemetral.com.

7. Does Chris donate to charities?
Yes, he does. Chris and his wife Jana support a number of charities. Some of their favorites are the US Humane Society, the ASPCA of Los Angeles, Actors and Others for Animals, and The Lupus Foundation.

8. What is Chris' next project?
Due to the workings of the industry, it's not a very good idea to mention projects or deals in negotiation. When a project has reached the stage where Chris can talk about it, Fan club members will be the first to know through the website and the newsletter.
